PROCESS TANKS AND VESSELS

BP Systems Process Tanks and Vessels are suitable for a wide range of industries including food processing, pharmaceutical, cosmetics, and general chemicals, these can be mixing vessels, jacketed steam heated or coded process tanks and vessels designed and constructed to PD 5500 CAT 1,2, & 3 vessels can be CE marked in conformance with the appropriate Pressure Equipment Directive PED modules.

Material of construction stainless steel grade 304 or 316 with all welds ground back and strip polished inside with the remainder being 2B cold rolled.

Process tanks and vessels are finished to suit the clients specific requirements.

Mixers and ancillary equipment can be factory fitted or installed on site by our engineers.

Local control panels can be supplied for mixers and instrumentation which can also be integrated into site control systems if required.

Process tanks and vessels are manufactured to bespoke designs to meet specific process needs all information exchanged with BP Systems will be treated as confidential.

CIP CLEANING

BP Systems - Supply a range of Rotary Spray Head and Rotary Jet Heads for in tank cleaning in place ( CIP) along with bespoke CIP sets, designed around your requirements. We will visit site and take note of your existing cleaning procedures and design a system which can be fully automated or just a simple semi auto / manual operation. Cost savings - Reduced water usage due to the efficiency of the cleaning head and our recommended procedures can be achieved.
