ATEX

Mixers for use in hazardous areas with potentially explosive gas or dust environments are available, our engineers will be pleased to give advice.

Impellers

Portable mixers are supplied with a general purpose axial impeller suitable for low viscosity products, other impeller types are also available including radial flow, saw tooth, E-200 and E-400 impellers, selected for specific applications.

Drum Mixers are light and portable, easy to install and provide cost effective mixing for a range of products in standard 210 litre drums.

Bung Hole Mounting

Drum mixers utilise a bung hole adaptor incorporate a threaded stainless steel nipple to facilitate mounting directly on the 2inch bung on 210 litre drums.

Impeller

impellarFor effective mixing on a range of products E-200 folding impellers are used which fit through the standard 2inch bung hole and open up in the drum to promote effective mixing.

Direct drive bung hole mounting mixers are a low cost and effective solution for mixing in 200 litre drums, clamp mounted mixers are available for drums with a removable lid. Our application engineers will be pleased to advice on mixer selection for your application models are available for viscous materials.

EL SERIES FIXED MOUNT MIXERS

Euromixers - EL range of low speed mixers provide a cost effective solution for tanks up to 10,000 litres, for open or closed tanks.

Tri-Clamp Mounted Mixers

Euromixers Direct and Gear drives mixers are available for mixing in a range of vessels including stainless steel IBCs and transportable vessels.

Mixers mount quickly, easily and securely directly onto the mixing vessel using a standard Tri-clamp fitting, thus enabling the mixer to be removed for cleaning or moving the mixer vessel to another location.

The picture illustrates a Triclamp mounted mixer with hand operated quick connect coupling for easy shaft removal / fitting without the need for tools.

Stainless Steel Hygienic Mixers

Euromixers Direct drive Hygienic stainless steel mixers are fitted with stainless steel motors and housing to meet the demands of the food and drinks, pharmaceutical and cosmetics industries.

Mixers mount quickly, easily and securely directly onto the mixing vessel using a standard Tri-clamp fitting, thus enabling the mixer to be removed for cleaning or moving the mixer vessel to another location. Options are available with removable drives to enable wetted parts mixer shaft and impeller to remain with the vessel for sterilisation.
