BP Systems - range of hygienic processing vessels provide an economical solution to the food, cosmetics and pharmaceutical industries, based on proven designs.

A selection of vessel sizes, specifications and agitator combinations are available to meet specific needs, systems are self contained and including equipment/instrumentation i.e temperature probes, load cells, mass or magnetic flow meters, PH meters and data recording. Control panels can be hard wired or supplied with a PLC for manual or automatic control. Fitted with push buttons or an appropriate human interface.

A simple self contained process system is illustrated in the picture opposite mounted on a pallet for moving with a fork lift truck, the vessel is heated/insulated and fitted with a mixer and local control panel- The complete system is factory tested before delivery and ready for service.

Euromixers Hygienic range of stainless steel mixers have been designed to compliment BP Systems range of vessels, standard and bespoke designs are available.

Options include removable motors to enable wetted parts mixer shaft and impeller to remain with the vessel for sterilisation.

Mixers can be fitted with dry running mechanical seals or lip seals.

Wetted parts are finished to the clients specification which can include a mirror polish as standard, or mechanical polish + electro polish.
